ICFAMEAD 2024 Conference

Thank you very much for your participation and support for the International Conference on Futuristic Advances in Mechatronics Engineering for Aerospace and Defence (ICFAMEAD 2024). The event will be held at Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Pune, from October 04-05, 2024.

We are currently in the process of publication scrutiny, where we are sorting the submitted papers to be sent to the Editor in Chief (EIC) or editors of the mentioned journals. Please refer to the paper guidelines for more information.

Process to be Followed:

• Pre-sorting: Authors are requested to suggest a journal through this form. Note that the scope of the journal is the prime criteria. Authors must suggest and choose a journal based on the scope of the journal ONLY.
• Sorting: Conference organizers will refer to your choice and cross-check the scope of the journal and your paper's field. If they match, it will be submitted to the mentioned journal; otherwise, the paper will be directly transferred to the AIP proceeding (participant pays INR 10,000) or the SSME journal (participant pays INR 5,000).
• Important: Please refer to the list when making your suggestion. Note that there are free as well as paid journals (with discounted article processing charges mentioned in the form).
• Submitting to Journal: After sorting, the ICFAMEAD 2024 team will submit your paper to the Editor in Chief (EIC) of the respective journal, who will review the submitted papers. Only a few SELECTED papers will be asked to submit an extended version. Papers rejected by the EIC will be directly transferred to the AIP proceeding (participant pays INR 10,000) or the SSME journal (participant pays INR 5,000).
• You have only one chance to select and suggest a journal, through this form only.
• Note: AIP processing is SCOPUS indexed.
• Note: The SSME journal only has an ISBN number.
• Important: If you choose a paid journal, the additional Article Processing Charge (APC) must be paid by the author directly to the journal.

Action Required:

Please fill out this form by 15th September 2024. If we do not receive your suggestion by this date, step 6 or step 7 will be the default selection, based on the fees you paid.

Note: No inquiries regarding this pre-selection or journal publication will be replied to. Please understand that it is not possible to respond to 500 individual emails or WhatsApp messages. The steps are clearly outlined for the publication process.
